Industry Veteran Named Managing Director of Real Estate and Development
Damon Jordan joined Real Estate Interests as managing director of real estate and development in Detroit.
In his new role, Jordan will help to manage and grow real estate development and brokerage at the firm, in which they have more than $500 million in the current pipeline.
Jordan previously served as a senior real estate manager at Detroit Economic Growth Corp., where he worked on the $2.5 billion Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Mack Engine and Jefferson North Assembly Plant expansions in Detroit which required more than 200 acres and will create nearly 5,000 jobs.
